Shipping Information & Costs:
Quotation of price:

Ex Works (Ships from StoneCraftsPerú Office in Lima – Peru), in US Dollar.
Other modalities could settle down.
Packaging:
The products are protected and packed using Polyethylene Foam (PE), Kraft Paper
and Corrugated Board. Packed in boxes of 10- 20 Kg.
The products could be packed in individual boxes if the client pays the additional cost of the boxes.
Mode and (suggested) way of transport
According to the requirement of the customer.
By sea for big quantities is recommended (always more than 1 cubic meter)
Air freight for goods of little weight, more of 100 Kg.
UPS or DHL courier express for samples and small quantities, less of 40 Kg.
Minimum Orders:
The minimum order to open a new account is $500.00 wholesale.
The minimum re-order for established account is $150.00 wholesale. To open an account,
please furnish three trade references plus the name of your bank, with complete addresses and
telephone numbers.
Terms of delivery:
According to negotiation and the productive capacity .
Minimum 1 month later of receiving the order.
Samples could be delivered within 20 days since the date of reception of order.

Guarantee:
Our guarantees that the product or products that you ordered are exactly as the description that appears on the web site. In the case the products you receive don’t complain with the guaranties described please read our return policy.

Products availability:
In some case we won’t be able to complain with the product availability quoted in your order due to external reasons. In this case we will contact you by email to ask how to proceed; you will be able to choose between canceling the order or wait until the product becomes available.

Return Products:
Full refunds will be available for up to 60 days from the day you receive your order. You must request a Returned Merchandise Authorization number by email during this 60-day period to qualify for a refund. If your return is in any way a result of an error by StoneCraftsPerú, please be sure to indicate the nature of the error when requesting the Returned Merchandise Authorization number and a customer service specialist will provide you with further instructions.

If the return is not a result of an error by StoneCraftsPerú, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and duty incurred for the order and return of the product(s). You must send your return using a reliable international carrier that offers tracking (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL). It is strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at the Customer Service Center in their original condition. No refunds will be available after the 60-day period has expired.

Damaged / Incorrect Products or Incomplete Orders
If you have received a damaged , or if you believe that part of your order is missing, please immediately send an email to a Customer Service Representative at support@stonecraftsperu.com. In your message indicate your name, order number, and email address, and provide as much detail as possible about the situation. Acustomer service specialist will provide you with further instructions.

Canceling or Modifying an Order
Once you have placed an order, the request is promptly sent to the center order. Therefore, it is generally not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. However, if your order has not yet been shipped and you need to cancel or modify it, please contact us at support@stonecraftsperu.com and we will determine if it will be possible to halt the fulfillment of the order. Please note that no order may be canceled or modified once it has been shipped. In those cases, you may follow the aforementioned return instructions if you decide not to keep the product after having received it.
